10' X 10' Festival Style Tent with 3-side Walls

Our tent tops are made of high quality, thick 15oz Laminated PVC canvas tops provide 100% sun blocking shade. Also our tops are Fabric certified flame retardant and safe. The frame of the tents are made of 1” SCH40 structural aluminum, 2” OD structural aluminum tube and all aluminum anodized Powder coated steel fittings. We also have custom sizes made to suit your event. Our 10' X 10' Tent is 8 feet tall which is the standard height for most of our tents.

Seating Capacity

Seating capacities are based on using 5' (60") round tables of eight people each.
10 square feet per table of 8 (10x10 area).
For a 10' X 10' the seating capacity is 10 people with one 60" round table.

Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9AM - 5PM, Warehouse 9AM - 4PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. After hours appointments are made only if you attend with an event specialist such as an event planner, caterer, etc.

Do you deliver? What are the costs?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the greater Los Angeles County area and surrounding counties. Our delivery rate depends on the zip code of the location being delivered. The rate for delivery, set-up and pick-up of tents only are included in a rate starting at $50 to the area within the zip code mapping. Delivery rate increases depend on your zip code. Although the delivery fees may seem high, when you calculate diesel fuel at $5 a gallon, labor to drive to and from the event, unload, load and then come back to pick it up a few days later, the time and expenses it saves you are incomparable. Delivery outside the Los Angeles County area is offered however, delivery fees will increase and only larger events will be serviced. Deliveries are scheduled between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. It is not necessary to be home for your pickup. Make sure you mention if you won't be home so we can get any details necessary to secure the items. If your order total before delivery is $100 or less, then you must come and pick your items up. Special exceptions will be made for delivery only items such as ”tents”. *Tax is not included which is 8.25% in Los Angeles, C.A.

Where will you leave the equipment?
We will deliver and pick up all our equipment from one location on the property. Please make us aware prior to delivery if our drivers will encounter any stairs, extended carrying, difficult driving terrain, or anything else that may affect the time frame or number of delivery personnel we send. An extra fee may apply.

Will you set up the equipment?
Set up is automatically included when renting dance floors, staging, tents or technical equipment. For an additional fee, our delivery staff can also set up your tables and chairs. It will remain your responsibility to "tear down" the equipment and place it in one area of your property or an additional fee will be applied.

Do you offer Sunday delivery, late night or delivery/pickup for same day events?
Yes we do offer special delivery and pick-up on a special time setting. Same day pickups require an additional delivery fee. For example, if your delivery fee is $100, your same day pickup fee is an additional $100 or more. All pickups or deliveries required after 5PM are charged a flat $100 after hours fee to cover labor overtime costs. Sunday deliveries or pickups are allowed on a case by case basis and charged an additional fee, usually an additional $150.

Can I pick my items up?
Yes you can and we're here to assist you. *This does not go for tent rentals. Our will call hours are between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. If you arrive after 4PM an additional $25 after hour’s fee will be applied to your order. Some items however, require delivery. Items such as patio heaters, large bars, and the karaoke machine are several examples. Any order not totaling $200 or more before delivery requires that it be picked up with special exceptions such as delivery only items.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and no. There is no minimum order if you come and pick the items up at our will call. If you need your items delivered, a minimum order of $100 is required not including delivery fees. For orders between $200 and $500, a 10% discount will be offered to those willing to pick their items up with a vehicle large enough to safely and securely transport their items. Unfortunately due to the rising cost of fuel and to ensure timely delivery to all of our customers, we must enforce this policy with the only exception of delivery only items which in that case there is no minimum but standard delivery fees still apply regardless of the amount of your order.

How large of an event can you handle? The Tent Company is equipped to handle any size special event from small to large events. We wil be happy to discuss and assist you with your options if your event is larger.
