You can rent my Honda VFR800 for a weekend trip, bike night, or if you want to feel what the extra power is about before stepping up to a big sportbike.

Bike has around 110HP at the crank, 95 at the wheel. While not a liter bike you can get up to speed pretty fast. However you will appreciate the riding position after a few hours as you are not nearly as hunched over as on a full sport bike.

I'll need a copy of your full M license and proof you can ride before renting. No first time riders obviously. I also have gear - helmets, jackets, boots you can rent for an extra 25 dollars a day but you should really have most of that yourself already.
