Get away from the busyness of downtown Washington, and enjoy the peace of this estate overlooking a rolling pasture of horses grazing by the fish-filled pond.  The 3-story house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths with Jacuzzis, an elegant dining room, 2 full kitchens, a spa room with massage table and infrared sauna, a scenic great room and an upper room with a full library of books.  Choose from hundreds of books, and read in front of the Great Room a 30-foot fireplace, or by one of the 2 wood stoves.  Bring your computer and enjoy wireless access.  We have a chef that will prepare healthy, tasty food or you can enjoy yourself in either of the two kitchens!  There is an organic store, a grocery store within one mile, and in summer, a fresh vegetable garden.

Wedding reception event site is $2500 per day, and it includes the house.  Just the house alone is $700 per day
