| This was my first time using zilok rental site. I booked a power washer for Friday and got the contact information for the person with the item. I contacted this person via email and phone on Thursday around noon. Once on the phone, the person wanted a text message with my request which I did (nothing like requesting a rental several times!). That evening at 10am the person texted me with the following "the power washer won't be available tomorrow. Thanks for your interest." I expected different response such as "it will be available on SomeDay, will this work for you?". I find that a basic level of customer service is simply missing. I do not think I will use the zilok site again and will instead go to Home Depot or some other dependable main stream store.
