Rental Cacapon river camp site - river access/view , fishing (license)

Located in West Virginia, northern tip of Shenandoah Valley

This site is located next to our house on 2+ acres. No electricity or running water, but service building next to camp site has toilet facilities (not outhouse, regular bathroom). The area is beautifully situated on the Cacapon River, a designated heritage river. No gas boats allowed on river, but it's excellent for floating, paddling, swimming, fishing. The Cacapon is one of the major tributaries for the Potomac River. Distance from Winchester, Va is 24 miles and from Washington, DC about 100. Site is under old large trees.
