Terms and Conditions

We offer clean, well-maintained rental equipment. Our gear is second only to the service we provide. Our knowledgeable staff is always on hand to deliver, provide support and troubleshoot any rental equipment at your studio or location. We’ll even meet you during off-hours or on the weekend to help make your shoot a success.

Hours and Rental Day

Pick up anytime between 10am & 4pm, return within 24hrs for a one day rate.
Store hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Friday (or anytime by appointment)
For your convenience, rentals are available for pick-up after 4pm of the day before your reservation. Gear is not due back until 10am the day after your reservation, for a one day rate. (Mon - Thur).
Weekend Rentals billed as one day.
A Seven-Day rental is billed as 3 day

After hours & Delivery Charges:

Contact us to ask for delivery possibilities. After we have accepted your reservation request through Zilok, we'll provide you with a final quote including additional fees.
After hours pick-up/drop off charge: $35

Insurance or Credit Card Requirement

Acquire a certificate of General Liability Insurance acceptable to us with us named as Loss Payee and Additional Insured, in a form and amount (not less than $1 million) satisfactory to us, evidencing your insurance covering all risk of loss to the equipement, worldwide, at replacement cost value or provide a major credit card to authourize it for total amount of the replacement value of rented equipement.
