This 2006 brand new 3 story house has all the comfort and
ameneties that you may need and want for a quick getaway.
Rental Fee: $1,500.00 plus tax for the week. There is a cleaning
fee of $150.00. This rental fee is until December 1st, 2008.
The nightly rate is $350.00 plus tax.
December 1st thru April 30th, 2009 the rental fee is $1,800.00
per week plus tax. Security Deposit of $1,000.00 to be returned 10 days after departure (considering everything to be as found)
Summer of 2009 is available upon request.
