RENT MY 27 FT. CLASS A MOTORHOME RECREATIONAL VECHICLE SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE FOR VACATION GETAWAY.

SLEEPS 7 WITH 4 SEPARATE BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS.

Get up close and personal with Florida this Summer.

Return Gas Tank Full or $3.00 per gallon charge.

Propane include in Daily Fee.

Rates are by the night similar to a hotel. Pickups are between 1PM & 4PM and returns are by 11AM.

A $250 Down Payment is required to reserve and is refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, less a $50 Cancellation Fee.

All rentals require a $500 Security Deposit, Cash or Credit Card.

Insurance is required from the driver of the RV in the form of a Binder or Rider provided from the drivers Automobile Insurance Company. This Binder or Rider to cover the operation and use of an RV should be obtained before renting the RV. Written confirmation or email confirmation will be required before the RV will be released for use. Insurance does not cover negligent damage.

There is a $49 Prep Fee, which includes vehicle preparation, exterior wash, first tank of propane, RV toilet paper and chemicals. This fee also includes dumping and sanitizing the holding tanks upon return. This is not an optional fee.

There is a $49 Cleaning Fee that includes complete cleaning on the inside of the unit. If the unit is brought back in Re-Rent able Condition, the fee will be refunded. The cleaning fee does not include smoking or pet hair cleaning, which will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee. This is not an optional fee.

Prior to Departure you must pay for the entire rental, including estimated mileage, damage deposit less the $250 down payment. Charges are payable by cash, cashier's check, traveler's check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We use PayPal to process credit card payments. No Refund on unused days.

INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLES AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS

Your vehicle is automatically covered with State Required Vehicle Insurance.

The coverage is to statutory limits for Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability. The vehicle is covered for collision, fire, and theft though you are responsible for the first $1000 per incident regardless of fault.

Your Automobile Insurance Binder or Rider should cover a minimum of $10,000/$20,000/$10,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage and Uninsured motorist $10,000/$20,000 and Collision Damage.

In any case, you are responsible for all Negligent Damage regardless of fault. This includes all Off Road Damage, damage to the undercarriage, damage at or below the bumper line, any damage above the windshield, the windshield, any damage while backing up or hitting any fixed object, and any damage while intoxicated or while committing a crime or driving illegally. Interior damage is also considered Negligent.

GENERATOR USAGE:

Motor homes are equipped with a generator and will be allowed 5 hours per day free use and charged $5 per hour for each additional hour. The generator is not required for normal vehicle operation. The battery recharges when the engine runs all regular functions on the motor home run off 12 volt and propane. The roof air and microwave need 110 volt by being plugged into an outside source or the generator.

CONVENIENCE ITEMS:

For your convenience, we have items available for you to rent.

Housekeeping Kits: Includes bedding, dishes, pots, pans, towels, dishtowels, potholders, etc. $25 for up to 4 people.

Chain Rentals: $45.00 per trip. Cost of replacement $125.00

Towing: $100 tow fee is required to use the hitch for towing. 1,500 pound Max. (Note: Unit is NOT equipped with brake controllers)
