I'm renting my 380 sqf one room ocean-view studio. I normally live here, so it will be furnished with my furniture, books and art. If you walk out the front door you are looking at the ocean- see the photos below.

This rental includes use of:
Kitchen and fridge (stocked with condiments only ;) )
Dishware/cookware
Bed, couch, and clean linens
Shampoo, detergent and other consumables
Closet space (I'll clear most of my stuff out)
Balcony and hammock
Stereo
Parking is included- 10 minute walk! to the beach, UCSD, and bus routes. There is a laundry facility to which I will provide a key.
Just to clarify: I'm not pretending to be a hotel- but the place will be clean and ready when you get there. The pictures show several interior views and one exterior views. The bathroom and closet room is off the entryway.
