This 1 bedroom apartment is has a beautiful separate living room and is our closest unit to the Atlantic Ocean. We are one of the only apartment houses in Surfside with our own private, fully illuminated, parking lot. Very safe and convenient. Each apartment opens into a common area that is kept clean at all times. This is the only one bedroom apartment in our building with both the ease of first floor living and the extra space that the living room and kitchen area provide!!!
