A 2,500 square foot retail contemporary art gallery conveniently located within walking distance of the historic downtown Marietta Square and just 18 miles north of the city of Atlanta. The spacious gallery offers an atmosphere of understated elegance, clean, modern facilities and private parking for 30 cars in the rear. Its multi-room configuration facilitates a “flow” and offers the potential for a variety of uses. The gallery will comfortably accommodate 150 people for a reception-style gathering. The largest room can accommodate 120 seated meeting-style and 60 seated for dinner.
