Rental 1930's wash house .

1930's Wash House. Can be used for movies, documentaries, short films etc.

I have a wash house that was built in the 1930's for rent. It is about 19'x 24' in size and has a wash pot inside of it! Furthermore, there is a clothes line beside it, which gives it that 1930's feel. Additionally, in the background, there is an old building that used to be " Murray's Gin". The rental price is negotiable ( can be more or less than price shown).
