renting a car

I have never used Zilok before and am interested in renting a car.   It seems I must first pay a "retainer fee" of $15.00 before I can even learn a few basics such as condition of the car and where I would pick the car up -- I am flying into an airport.   Do I have to get to the car owner's home from the airport, or would he/she meet me at the airport with the car?   Thanks
