Zilok fees

I can't find the fee structure on the site. What does Zilok charge for their service? Is it a percentage of the rental? Are there different fees depending on the category of the rental? e.g. If I rent my vacation home to someone through Zilok for $100.00 for one night; how much will I receive? If I rent my car to someone for $50.00 for one day; how much will I receive?
