Where are the retainer fees listed?

I see lots of mentions about the retainer fees paid to Zilok up front, but no listing of the fees themselves. Where can these be found? You DO tell people how much the fees are don't you? In addition to the rental fees requested by the owners, renters are obliged to pay the retainer. How will they know how much these fees are in advance of making a commitment?
