Max Shevyakov is the owner of BorrowLenses.com, a SF Bay Area based rental business for professional quality cameras, lenses, tripods and accessories. These great products can be ordered anywhere in the US through its delivery service and website.

We at BorrowLenses.com are very excited to begin our partnership with Zilok.com. Using Zilok.com, we will undoubtedly reach out to folks looking for high quality camera equipment rentals that we would have otherwise missed.

I believe that Zilok's business model aligns very well with BorrowLenses.com and their services should help companies and individuals alike. I believe the US is ready for a service like theirs and we are very excited to join them and watch their US operations grow.

Max, I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees, Lisa of Borrow Lenses in San Mateo. A month ago I called and spoke to Lisa and requested her to notify me when the new Canon 1D Mark IV arrived at that location. Lisa responded to stating that she would place a Post It note on her monitor to remind her when the units became available. Last night I received an email from her stating that BL had received the units.

What may seem like a routine follow up response is ANYTHING but routine in today's business climate of self service and anonymous customer service. In addition to conducting business in a professional and convenient manner, your staff sets your service apart from others. We all clamor to differentiate our businesses from others in terms of price and product, but in the end the efforts of employees like Lisa are the true differentiators. It also does NOT go unnoticed that staff like Lisa are a direct reflection of the management of your location.

Congratulations on your product offerings and for customer service delivered by employees like Lisa.

Sincerely,
Mark
