It was fairly easy to reserve the item and to contact the owner. However, I received an email confirmation twice to confirm my booking and thus it charged me twice for the retainer fee. I had to cancel what was in my booking list to get a refund of the retainer fee. I'm not sure if this was a glitch.
The booking went smoothly, and the person offering the rental responded very quickly to the rental request. I was able to book and complete the reservation in just an hour or so. That was appreciated since the booking request was made just a few days before I needed it. Payment and deposit was also easy.
